I always have an excellent experience at Jack Phelan service department. Jason was my service person and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was called to come in 1/2 hr earlier than scheduled, which made me very happy and was taken as soon as I walked in. Oil change was done in approx 30 mins.
Every thing went well until the signing. I was looking for 60 months payment and agreed to go to 72 if I had to. I found out that I was getting 84 months at the signing. The bought the care any way. Other wise the sale person was great. Hmade sure he took care of everything I wanted.

In the last twenty plus years Jack phelan has been our vehicle care station my 2007 chev Tahoe runs like a baby. From basic oil changes, New tires, new remote and head lights replacement, to parts replacement . I wouldn’t count on anyone else to take of our Tahoe to save a dollar. Recently purchased 2018 Chevy Tahoe . After purchased I’ve noticed an intermittent knocking noise while driving . Brought it in service twice for inspection and unable to find source of noise . The service is great. I am always attended to by Mr. Jason Carlton who has always helped me with explaining all the maintenance issues my car needs. He also helps me with coupons or rebates by saving me some money. The service repairs are great and they take care your car and when they are done the car drives smooth. Great work.
